Where we ship
YokaiInk currently ships to addresses in the United States.
Made-to-order production
Each item is made especially for you after your order is placed. Most orders are prepared for shipment within 2-5 business days. Production times are estimates and may be longer during busy periods or when an item is temporarily unavailable.
Delivery estimates
Standard shipping within the United States usually takes approximately 3-6 business days after fulfillment. Estimated delivery time is the fulfillment time plus the shipping time. Weather, carrier delays, address issues, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. The amount may depend on the number and type of items in the order.
Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking may take a short time to update after the carrier receives the package.
Incorrect addresses and returned packages
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If an order is returned because the address was incorrect, incomplete, or unclaimed, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be sent again.
Late or missing orders
If your estimated delivery date has passed, please check the tracking information and allow up to 5 additional business days for carrier delays. If the package still has not arrived, contact us at [email protected] with your order number. Claims for packages lost in transit should be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
